From formation John Cullen Building Contractors have evolved from a Waterford based contractor to providing the range of building services which the company now provides throughout Ireland.

When first established the company specialised in both domestic construction and a range of local authority new build and remedial work's schemes.

From that base the company has expanded both the range of services it offers and the areas in which it works. With the fit out of a medical centre in Dungarvan and the refurbishment of offices in Waterford the company rapidly expanded it's portfolio to work outside of Waterford with a series of fit out and refurbishment projects in Dublin which varied from fitting out new build units to the alteration and extension of existing retail units.

In parallel with the company's expansion in Dublin the company profile in the south east also increased to include a 3500sq foot community building, a programme of school summer works and work is due to commence on an 11000sq ft industrial project in Waterford.

The company prides itself on establishing an excellent working relationship with both the clients and consultants with whom it works gaining an understanding of the clients needs to enable it to provide a service to suit each clients individual needs. This is of particular importance in refurbishment / fit out work in areas which the client needs to continue operations during the building programme.

The company provides quality solutions for it's clients and have also developed a nationwide team capable of responding to clients individual needs.
