Project Description:
- Construction of 7000sqft new community building on infill site in retail park incorporating offices, restaurant, games room, meeting rooms and general purpose hall.
- Liaising with consultants on construction methods and finishes specifications delivering project on time and within budget.
- From clients brief and architect layout drawings working with specialist for mechanical, electrical, IT installations and specialist fit out works the project was coordinated by ourselves.
