Project Description:

Works involved the fitting out of the complete ground floor public areas including restaurant, Bar, Lounges, Reception and managers offices.
Work carried out in phases while hotel was fully operational.
Worked with project managers to revise specification to bring project within clients budget and keep project within budget during the construction phase of the works.
By understanding the clients needs the construction sequence was developed to keep all the functions of the Hotel operational 24 hours a day.
